Doctor availability
Doctor availability depends on the selected date. If your preferred doctor is not available, please select a different date.
Appointment confirmation
After booking your appointment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it, please also check your spam or junk mail folder.
Appointments outside the online schedule
In some cases, appointments outside the online schedule are possible upon request. A surcharge of €100 applies to evening or weekend appointments. Please feel free to contact us by phone to discuss the options.
Please bring the following to your appointment:
- valid passport or EU identity card for identification. A driver's license is not suitable.
- pilot's license (if applicable)
- overview of the flight hours since the last medical and in total
- previously issued medical certificate
- overview of used medication
- any contact lenses (with holder and fluid for removal) and/or glasses with spare glasses with prescription from a recent eye test if any changes have been made
- specialist or GP reports for any relevant medical conditions
